The sort of information Spamwize collects:

Spamwize only collects personal information that is necessary for it to perform one or more of its functions or activities. The personal information that Spamwize holds about you depends on the services, provided by Spamwize, that you utilize. Your personal information may include:

Spamwize may also require information relation to your current and previous employment, and length of time at your current and previous addresses.

If you wish to pay for your accounts and/or services via a credit card or direct debit facility, Spamwize may need to collect your credit card or direct debit details. These details may include:

• The expiry date
• The type of card
• The name on the credit card
• The credit card verification number
• The account name
• The account branch name
• The account branch number
• The account number

How Spamwize collects the information:

There are a number of ways that Spamwize collects personal information, these include:

• Direct methods include the completion of an application form, via telephone or fax or via an on-line application. The collection of this information generally relates to the application for services, but can also apply to an application for additional services.
• We can also source information from third parties such as related companies, credit-reporting agencies, or from your representatives.
• Publicly available information services
• Any organizations listed under "Disclosure of personal information".

Primarily, Spamwize collects your personal information; however a duly appointed reseller of Spamwize's may initially collect your personal information.

How Spamwize uses the information it collects:

Spamwize may use your personal information in a number of ways; this includes, but is not limited to:

• Allowing us to properly identify you.
• To provide you with the services that you've requested.
• To manage and administer any accounts or services that you may have with Spamwize. This includes billing for these services and the collection of any debts.
• The investigation of complaints in relation to your service.
• The investigation and fixing of faults in relation to your service.
• The use of your information for internal marketing, in order to keep you informed of new products and services or changes to existing products and services.
• Internal research and analysis in order to give Spamwize a better understanding of our market, our customers and their views on the services that Spamwize provides.

From time to time Spamwize may offer you promotional and marketing material that may further enhance or improve your services with us. Whilst we give our customers the opportunity to accept or refuse such material, in some circumstances it may be impractical to obtain prior consent from you. We will provide you with the opportunity to be removed from any future promotional or marketing communications, in the context of any such messages.

Disclosure of Personal Information:

Spamwize Pty Ltd does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third parties.

As outlined in the aforementioned "How Spamwize collects the information", Spamwize may disclose your personal information to specific third parties. When such disclosures are made, the parties to which we disclose your personal information are either covered by contracts which protect your personal information or are required to comply with all relevant laws including the Privacy Act 1988.

• Outsourced debt-recovery companies
• Outsourced installation or repair service companies

Spamwize takes the security of your personal information seriously and will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that all data collected is accurate and up-to-date, and stored in a secure environment where only authorised persons can access the data.

Spamwize cannot guarantee the security of any transmission via the Internet and as such can't be held responsible for any unauthorised access of your personal information delivered to you, or received from you via the Internet.

Access to your Personal Information:

By law you have the right to see or obtain a copy of your personal information as held by Spamwize. Spamwize will handle any request for personal information in accordance with the National Privacy Principles.

There may be certain circumstances in which Spamwize may refuse to give you access to your personal information, these circumstances include:

• The request for access is frivolous or vexatious.
• Access would be unlawful.
• Denial of access is required, authorised, or excused by law.

Correcting and Updating your Personal Information:

Spamwize takes all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, in addition to being consistent across the services that you may have with Spamwize. We require you to keep Spamwize up-to-date on any changes to your personal information.

To assist us in maintaining accurate personal information, we ask that you:

• Inform us of any errors or omissions you find or are aware of such as your name, address, contact details, or any other personal information.
• Inform us of any changes to your personal details in the event of a; change of address, change of name, or a change to any other personal details.

Notes:

• Spamwize reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If changes to the Privacy Policy are made, the changes will be posted on Spamwize's website so that you are always aware of the sort of information collected, how the information could be used, and under what circumstances it may be disclosed by Spamwize.
• Please note that if at any time Spamwize is required by law to release information about you or your organization, Spamwize must cooperate fully.
